Iron heart event bug

The past 2 weeks I’ve not been able to collect and use my key or hearts to do the event it says I’m locked out. I’ve posted pictures of my account name and issues. Please help get me back into the contest. Thanks,

Hace dos semanas reclame mis llaves y las borro y esta semana reclamo las llaves, pero no me deja y me siguen apareciendo disponibles para reclamar

Доброго времени суток. Уважаемые разработчики. У меня тоже самое баг (проблема). Ключи для побочного задание 2ая неделя исчезли. А 3ую неделю не могу собрать. Просьба исправить этот баг
