I just explored Act 8 and am pumped for 8.4 to release. I want to hear everyone’s rewards prediction for the following:

8.4 completion
8.4 exploration
Act 8 completion
Act 8 exploration

Expectations after the CW tragedy and overall state of affairs in the game are:

8.4 completion: 6*R5 crystal, gen 7R2 gem, 7R3 crystal.
8.4 exploration: gen 6*R5 gem, gen 7R3 gem, 7R4 crystal.

The reality is that we will again be very disappointed. Why do we bother?
On a stream they said there would 100% be a r3 of some kind. They just weren't sure if it would be a gem or a crystal. You think that they are not sure if they want to give out a generic 7*r3 gem by their own statement... but they will be giving a r4 crystal?

What they will and should do, are 2 different things. They should do that for exploration, but prob will not…if you look at the 8.3 rewards, its not unreasonable with a 7R4 crystal for exploration. When are we gonna get 7R4s ? Act 9 ?!?

Earliest I could see a 7* AG is probably July 4th offers, and it’ll be tiered high. More commonly accessible by Cyber Week, but even then, costly for low spenders.

7* R3 gem is all we want. On the opposite, the community would be disappointed if no R3 gem in the exploration rewards.

Already kind confirmed they be 1 r3 not sure if it be gem or cat but it most certainly 100 procent whole act 8 not just 8.4

Very few people have 7R3 as is. No way we're seeing R4 for another few months. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the end of 2024 before we even start seeing materials, let alone actual rank ups

My predictions are mostly based on how rewards evolved from 7.3->7.4, how the game economy has evolved in my eyes, and some added optimism. My 8.3 predictions actually ended up being on the lower end compared to what we got, so if that trend continues, we might see better!

Either way, I’m super excited to be Valiant.

Well, it'll def have either the mats for a 7* r3 or a gem. They confirmed that I'm a stream iirc. I'm hoping for the mats so I can pick someone I want rather than being pigeon holed by a class gem.

Other than that, my guess is:

(Exploration and completion totals)

Enough 7* shards for a full crystal
Half a titan crystal
6* 4->5 crystal
Generic 3->4 6* gem
Generic 6* AG
20-30k 6* shards
100 6* generic sigs
20 7* sig crystals

And then the same path rewards as 8.3 +/- the rank up mats
I’m not sure why you have 3 disagrees. Looking at 8.3 completion and exploration rewards, your list about matches up to what I’d expect from 8.4 and the ENTIRETY of 100% Act 8.

I’m not sure if people expect more, or expect less 🤷🏻‍♂️

If that was 8.4 completion and exploration i would somewhat agree with it(except for the 6 star shards the hell are they doing there nd also not having primordial dust). But if it was 100% act 8 then thts not enough

Probably a R3 gem for exploration, R2 gem for completion. Also expect the usual like titan and 7 star shards, catalysts, maybe even some whole crystals, etc.

He said something along the lines of if some savvy sleuths do the math work, then they can most likely figure out the release date based on previous release behavior from the game team. Unless something drastic happens and the mode needs more work, you’re highly likely to see a late March/April release.

We got a generic 7 star 1-2 for 8.3....if act 8 has less than a 7r3 generic it's a letdown no?? At minimum a class one.....and 15k 7 star shards for completion....7.5 titan for exploring maybe

Absolutely understand where you’re coming from and what you mean. I was just thinking Act 6 exploration gave a 6* gem crystal, so why not Act 8? I totally agree that it could be pretty far fetched though.

As always...

I'm going to recommend everyone proceed with caution in this conversation. We often see these types of conversations lead to everyone setting their own expectations very high then being angry when the rewards don't meet their own, predetermined expectations.

Love to see the theory crafting! Just be cautious, is all!

Completion 3 t4 alpha, 1 7* r3 gem, 30k 7* shards, 20k titan shards
Exploration 2 7* r4 gems, 150k 7* shards, 2 7* selector, 80k titan shards, free entry to a Taylor Swift concert
