Raids rewards after defeating ultron

Are we supposed to get the 7.5k 7* shards after we beat ultron, or is it after 100% exploration? Our bg defeated ultron but no one got the 7* shards. We do still have one more fight left in one of the lanes, could that be why?

You get them after raids are done like with the conqueror and exploration rewards in normal AQ
