Raids: progression display issue?

I'm a bit confused about the progression percentage for current AQ Raids. Our alliance has started three Raid groups, and currently, my group, the third one, has defeated the Ultron boss. However, groups 1 and 2 haven't defeated it yet. The problem is, when we check the progress, we find that our group only has 63% completion instead of 100%. We cleared all the paths and all the bosses on the paths. What's the issue here? Can anyone please provide some guidance? (please check the images attached for reference)

(although this case, pic at top, is very coincidental that the BG3 person whose visual bug shows 63% for THEIR OWN BG, also has another group at still a lot of progress to go which just happens to be 63% too, lol)
