Summoner’s sigil gold circle

I’m paragon, I get the paragon solo sigil rewards. But I’m still getting the TB golden circle. Honestly I’m not sure if that’s how it is for all paragons or not. Can yall let me know if this is correct.

    I was told the gold to this was distributed as rewards in the Sigil 7-day solo event. I don't know what to believe anymore.

    @kabamjax can you let us know what’s going on here? I’m paragon and still getting the Thronebreaker golden circle. Why is that?
