There is literally no reason to have global turned on unless you are looking for trolls and/or offensive posts.

Global chat is bad and should be turned off. You also do not need to post it on these forums. You can report players for using language like that through support, I’d recommend doing that instead.

Just click the report button and block them. When that account gets banned, they'll just make another one and do the same garbage again.

Also, this isn't the place to post this stuff. Go to support if you want to report but if i were you i won't waste more time to get some troll account named "Randomaccount" banned.

I feel majority of who uses global chat are also 95% of the people in the livestream chats. It’s like middle school, I swear.
