X-Magica Signature Stones not working on King Groot

Title says it all. I have no idea how or why. I've tried updating the game and also logging out and coming back in and still nothing. Please help Kabam.

I should probably mention that I was trying to be strategic on my cavalier account to use my one and only awakening gem on him because I knew that I would be getting 50 sigs stones for him over the next few days.

I think others have said this is a mistake tag on King Groot (should only be for the Deathless version), and that is why those Sig Stones don’t work on standard King Groot.

Where do I go to have kabam give me a refund on that awakening gem then?

(as for having awakened him)..
If you want to reverse that awakening, and you have NOT put any other stuff into him like normal Sig Stones, etc.
And have NOT used him in any Quests since awakening him.

You can try submitting a Support Request Ticket, and ask them to revert that Awakening
(Especially because the mistaken tag that he has.

Well thank you for finding this. I'm super disappointed and hate waiting for a response from Kabam on this but I understand mistakes happen and I'm sure they can fix it.
