Missing AW match.

For the second war in a row our alliance was enlisted for 2 bg wars and we didn’t match. Is that normal?

    pushing this. we‘ve gotthe same problem. missed 3 wars in the row now, because matchmaking failed to match us against an opponent. we, too, run 2 bg on tier 3/gold1 lvl.
    enlistment was fine … but at the start of aw, it stated that we didnt enlist.
    anyone else got this? aw season startet already ..

    Same here, missed the first war of the season due to mysterious unenlisting. Two Battlegroups

    Seems like this is an issue specific to 2 BG wars?
    We too, are facing this issue. Haven't been able to match for the past 3 wars, missing the first war of the season too. Auto enlistment is definitely on for us.

    I've submitted a ticket and they've responded confirming that it's a bug they are aware of:


    We were made aware of a possible issue with some Alliances with one or two Battlegroups not available for Alliance War matchmaking and confirmed this as a bug. Any additional details about this bug could be announced on our forums, our blog, and your in-game mail, making those great resources to regularly check. Because this bug could affect many players, any compensation would be given to all affected players via in-game methods like the mail system.

    We've had the same issue. Two BGs enlisted and did not get a match.
    Something is broken.

    It would be nice to get a response from kabam on this since we’re a week into the season already. My alliance had to switch to 3 bgs just to get a match……
    There’s been nothing posted in game or on the forums from you guys in regard to this issue. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit

    It hasn't happened yet this season but I think it's happened once per season to us for the previous 3 seasons. Also 2bgs in the lower ranks of gold. (We've been losing due to lack of participation so steadily dropping)
    The first time it happened it put us out of reach of gold 3 which was ridiculous. Leader opened a ticket and nothing came of it.
