Battle Grounds Error

Granted I still won the match but while playing I defeated Miss Chavez and as the K.O about to pop up an Error message came up instead , given I was in a match I didn't study to screenshot the situation I just restarted the game.

After starting back I went back into battle Grounds and looking at the fight records for my recent match but it wasn't there and then 20 seconds after I was throw back into the match with Chavez with only 8 seconds left on the timer.

This is a known bug. Sometimes the game client is not in sync with the game servers, so that when you start a BG match the game client starts the fight on your device, but the game servers are not told the fight has started, so as far as the game servers are concerned you did not actually start fighting and the clock starts with you not doing anything. Eventually the game client times out and ejects you from the match, and when you restart and go back in the game client then connects correctly to the game servers and starts the fight over, but with much of the time run off the clock.

The best way to avoid this problem is to restart the game client periodically, and especially before doing BG matches. Unfortunately, this is the best workaround I'm aware of, and it isn't 100% effective (it does seem to be 99% effective though).
