Problems connecting via WiFi

Good afternoon guys,
I'm having problems playing from a xiaomi poco x3 gt device: the game presents a particular problem with WiFi signal. I have to say that i don't have any problem with self data (4g signal).

I did these steps, hoping to solve the situation:
1. Reboot device
2. Reboot modem
3. Uninstall and install game (it's importante to say that even in a New session, the Google screens to login didn't appear, and on the other hand, with 4g appears without effort)
4. Testing with data and WiFi, getting the same resulta which is 4g signal OK, WiFi failed

Let me know if there is a way to fix it by myself or the Ball is in your field

I can't think of an obvious reason this would happen, except for the obvious - the cellular network could reach the game servers and the internet connected to the wifi hotspot could not.

A couple questions:

1. Does this happen no matter where you connect to wifi? In other words have you tried using WiFi to connect to the game from places other than your own home internet?

2. Have you tried using a VPN? Using a VPN and setting the exit node to something somewhere else besides where your home internet is might change the routing of the game network traffic in a way that works around the issue.
