What’s the cutoff for new members to join into Raids?

I brought a new guy into the alliance on Sunday, and he was able to join our BG with no issue when Raids started.

We brought in another guy and his alt account as well on Monday. He has not been able to join Raids since he joined and he was our 9th guy and backup for our BG. Without at least one of his accounts in, we have a class role node that hasn’t been touched.

Whats the issue causing him to not be allowed to join?

    They had to be in the day before the raid started.

    Ahh. Well that's a bummer. Well, at least we can still get the 7* shards from beating Ultron. That's really the only part I care about.
