Aw defense placement

@Kabam Miike please if cannot fix this problem that new allies cannot place their defense stop the wars. It's already the third war we are playing without 3 allies. That's is almost giving the win to the other alliance. That's completely unfair. Please stop stop the wars because I'm sure you will not giving back the points we lost in this wars.

    Try again after today (after RAIDS WEEK is over).
    Should be able to place defense for next war before Wed.

    Raids Week seems to be extending the bug of not placing (for whole week, instead of just until “next” war after joining).

    Hope so..But the problem is that is already 3 wars with 27 members instead of 30 and that in Platinum is almost losing before starting
