Winter of Woe Glitch

in Bugs and Known Issues
Did anyone get the glitch with the Control:Denial and Size Small side quest for Winter of Woe? I did the quest with Elsa and did not get the credit.

    In Tag Filter screens, change the selection checkbox at bottom from ANY (ie OR), to ALL Tags.

    Guessing that Elsa is Small, but NOT also Denial ?

    Correct, small and raw damage, not denial.
