I don't have anything in the mail or in stock, maybe it's a mistake.

If they were given out in game Mail, and you have NOT been in game for a while around that time.
Then probably Mail Msg that you would have got would long since have expired and disappeared.

Items remain in STASH - REWARDS (so look there too) for some time after a Mail Msg disappears, but if it is not in Stash either then even that may have been too long of an absence and expired from Stash as well.

Would have to Submit a Request ticket to Kabam.
