Nightcrawler Def Switch Mode Bugged

I'm sure have seen a thread of this a few days ago, but can't seem to find it.
So since the buffed update on Nightcrawler there is definitely bug to how he "should" switch his mode in Def.
1) The Light whiff from afar is not doable anymore, the timer only flash up very quickly and dissappeared
2) Hit into block, now this is where there is a definite a clear sign of NC being bugged.
A) I have been able to do about 4 hits into his block and see the timer finish, but his mode does not switch
The timer appear, then NC move forward to attack, and the timer was still there (it didn't disappear)
Right now I only way I found to be able to get NC to switch mode is to "face block" his combo and hope he finish with a light 🤣🤣🤣.
@Pikolu, I was wondering if you happen to know if the team are aware of this bug?
Also on a different noted, while try to search for a thread about this bug, I found a post I made 2 years ago. 🤣.

These days AI goes back and does "hold block, no block, hold block, no block" which basically ruins everything.
