Can’t add new members, even though we have room..

We are unable to add new members, even though we have room… this is bug #3 now that I have seen since the update. 🤷‍♂️

Into alliance in general ? (isn’t that Annonymous person in your chat new ? Looks like a msg someone new says).

Or do you mean can’t join defense for AW ?
Which has been a long running issue since persistent placement (most times just takes until next war, which is still a war longer than it should be. Or during raid week has been all the way until after that raids week was over)

We are unable to add new members, to our alliance..as I said originally. We have room, in the alliance for new members, but they can not ask to join, or recieve invites. Tried both.

Again, this is the 3rd bug I’ve seen sonce the update… 🤨

Isn't there an option where the alliance is private or something? In the option where you make it open, closed etc..

Maybe you have it set as private?

Perhaps offer refreshments when pitching potential new members.

(1) There's a User Setting in game for “Alliance Invites Enabled”
Maybe some people you’re trying to invite had forgotten they have that setting turned off.

(2) If you did send them an initial Invite, and they deleted it, and they asked for you to send them another one. Game does NOT allow you to send a duplicate Invite to same person within xxxx amount of time/days. Another officer probably can send the extra Invite though.

(3) For “By Request” alliances (which I see you are), as opposed to Open or Closed, people can “Ask to Join”. But maybe one of your other Officers is clicking “DENY” on that pending request on your Ally Members Tab soon afterwards. Thus you thinking that the request is not coming thru.

Ok guys our alliance is not “private”, we have been accepting new members for a while now without issues… I thought that other players might be having the same issue since the new update, which is why I posted this. Still an issue.. @Kabam Miike or @Kabam Zibiit any help with this?
