Loyalty Crystal Shatters Bugged?

Bought some crystal shatters from the loyalty store to get 7 star shards and I can’t trade them in. Am I missing something?

    You bought loyalty crystal shatters. Those can't be traded in for 7* shards, on crystal shatters from the AW showcase and AW rewards can be traded for 7* shards

    Ahh, thanks for the clarification. I see now there are two different shatters but labeled the same exact thing.
