War defenders disappeared?

Did anyone else’s war defenders completely disappear in this war? No one removed anything and all the defenders just disappeared from our map? Is this a bug or were we suppose to place them again? Never had an issue before

    You probably changed a tier, up or down, and didn't place defenders on those tiers?
    Our T2 opponent seem to have done this for the last war of the season lol
    Only boss island is placed in my bg, other BG don't have a boss island

    You had to do that every tier? Like for the multiplier tier?

    It's not every tier I think, depends on the map difficulty.
    But you should always place for the tier above and below you

    For every MAP Tier (that is the distinction between having different nodes, buffs, etc, or even # of paths in the very lower Map Tiers).

    Normal, Intermediate, Hard, Challenger, etc.

    The same MAP is used by several different Multiplier Tiers.
