Decent champ nothing remarkable about him definitely would NOT recommend rank 2. People will tell you he has great bleed damage, what these people don't mention is how this bleed damage is locked behind intercepts and special intercepts.
Unlike herc and mantis, BP doesn't have an infuriate so forget about getting consistent results with how the ai has been

If you know how to manipulate the AI, he’s a great champion. High amounts of crits, high amounts of bleeds, great special damage.

He’s not a utility or damage monster or anything. But when it comes to 7* stats? He’s one of the best skills you can get early on. He’s extremely useful for questing and such (like 7 for 7 if you ever tackle that).

All in all, Black Panther is an awesome champ. Happy for ya !

Solid pull. His rework made him so much better. He's not a game changer, but he's not trash either. He crits, great interceptor, and his bleeds are AAR's. I've use him against some annoying defenders who weren't bleed immune. He shredded them. Also, he gives Herc unblockable specials, and synergy with Storm gives BP unblockable specials.

strong reliable bleeds, he does get a big damage boost if you can intercept with his specials but even without that he can stack up bleeds and crits. Sig isn’t needed for damage, just gives AAR and purify utility
