Can’t use pawn keys

in Bugs and Known Issues
Why I can’t use the pawn keys? I have completed all missions I have 9 keys and the key button is disabled.

    Is there a certain Champ Filter Requirement for that quest ?

    If it defaulted to the 5 champs you last used elsewhere, but some of those are not allowed, the BEGIN/ENTER button will be disabled, until you swap them out for ones that are actually allowed in that quest.
    And at top of screen would be wording saying “Champ Requirements Not Met” or something like that.
