    Yes
    She's a great attacker Unawakened (especially useful for any mission/objective requiring #mercenary).
    She's still an awkward defender Unawakened.
    You'll probably get her Awakened one day.

    Also: if this is for Valiant, the advantages of Valiant make it worth ranking up even slightly sub-optimal champions. Waiting a few months for a 'better' mutant will cost you a lot of better rewards and deals.

    If not, I personally wouldn't rank her unduped, but that's just me.
