Question regarding 7* Class Selector Crystal

I’m currently Paragon, and I’m saving up for the 650k poolies offer that rewards a 7* class selector crystal. If I were to select skill, would it include people like Bullseye who are in the titan crystal pool only?

    No, but you could save the crystal till they move to basic pool
