    Emma has more value as a defender, and her utility is pretty unique - balancing immunites in diamond mode with shutting down abilities in psychic mode, but overall Storm just packs a bit more of a punch.

    What was path 2? Somebody used her for the Namor path. They used Horse of Apoc synergy.

    Storm's passive stun when a defender purifies a stun (e.g. on parry) is very useful against some annoying defenders

    Storm just has insane damage. Emma is not bad but its night and day.

    Yes she's only good till Atumma, after that she just sucks ass because whole lane is designed to counter her in one way or another
