Slow war room opening

Hi, when I go to Fight/AW and open War Room, there is waiting wheel for about 20-30 seconds. I tried this on three iPads and one iPhone and two accounts. Anyone else have this problem?

    Yes, all month, ever since a layout redesign to one of the War (enlistment) pages.
    Results in 2 other bugs, which are listed as being fixed when new update comes out.

    So maybe the underlying War screens “slow load initially” issue might be fixed as well with this coming month's update.
