I reached paragon after opening my crystals

in Bugs and Known Issues
I just hit paragon after opening all my omega crystals and my points didn’t carry over
It’s 8 paragon crystals and 1800 units I’m missing out on let me know if u can help

    As you cannot even see the Omega milestones unless you are Paragon or higher, the intent may be that you cannot score points in the Omega track unless you are Paragon, which means any crystals you open before reaching Paragon simply do not score Omega points. Points might not be awarded retroactively. However, you should open a support ticket and see what they say. They may be able to help, but it is also possible this is intended behavior.

    However, I would not get your hopes up. If you were not Paragon before you started opening crystals then those crystals would not have scored points for Omega, because you were not qualified to score points in Omega at that time. This is intentional. You have to possess the prerequisites to earn points or rewards in any event, such things are rarely if ever retroactively awarded.
