Valiant omega crystals

So I'm currently a paragon and I was supposed to get a valiant omega crystal from the solo missions,I claimed but it doesn't pop up in my tab so did I just spend 300 units on nothin or is it gonna be fixed soon or wha

Some Omega crystals show up at the very top of the crystal vault, but sometimes certain crystals show up much deeper. For example, I'm Valiant and my Omega Valiant crystals showed up at the top, but my Omega Paragon crystals showed up like twenty crystals deeper in my crystal vault list. If you haven't done so yet, I would check my entire crystal vault carefully to make sure you haven't overlooked it before opening a ticket with support.

There is, at the moment, no specific bug I'm aware of that would prevent you from getting crystals from the Omega milestone track, so if you didn't get a crystal you believe you claimed, I would open a support ticket. There is no "gonna be fixed soon" that is coming that I've heard of.

Check all the crystals.. I'm Paragon too.. closer to middle or lower portion.. Valiant Omega crystal were mediocre for me.. only one 7* and mostly 5* champions.
