War defense placement issue

Whenever I try to place defenders, it says that they are already placed since I have participated in a War and that I am already in a battlegroup, however I haven’t been able to do war for the past two seasons due to this, if anyone knows how to fix this it would really help.

    Have you been in same alliance this whole past couple seasons ?
    Or have you been changing around Ally’s ?

    Note, the “Assigned” does not mean you are actually in that BG yet, just that leadership has “recommended” that you join that BG1.

    * Have you been able to join in on ATTACK in any of these Wars ??

    Since none of those 3 BG's are full with 10 yet, and none of them allow you to JOIN for Defense, then you must have Defenders stuck somewhere else (previous Ally ?)

    “Submit a Request” to Kabam and ask that they remove your defense from being stuck wherever they currently are.
