Champion Locked

I left an alliance while doing alliance quest and now my three champs 6* ant man future 5* miles morales and 5* stark enhanced are now locked permently and I don’t know how to fix this

    Well, they’re still locked for the duration of that alliance's AQ day, even though you left the alliance.

    Same as if AW, but in that case your persistent Defenders are potentially locked for even longer because of (?) being already setup for a future war defense.

    Where does it say “permanently” ?
