Can anyone explain me why professor x are not returning the energy from special attacks during the fight with maestro, I gained 100 medium charges and use my sp3, also i was using 200% boost…so no damage, no nothing, besides charges are disappear, there was no second chance…In maestro description says that only basic attacks are could be 100% in glance…

Did you use your sp3 during a combo? If so, that's why. Specials can glance if launched at the same frame the opponent is hit.

I’ve occasionally encountered a “glitch” where the SP3 damage goes completely missing without any nodes or abilities that would prevent it. It sounds like the glitch affects any abilities or effects that trigger with the special too.
