Raids role charges working incorrectly

When I am doing raids fights occasionally it doesn’t allow my champion to gain role charges despite having the fervor function well. It happens like once every 4-5 fights usually and when it happens then I die, and go back in it is still broken. It only fixes after a while when I come back to it. This might be a mechanic that I don’t know, considering I am doing a lot if consecutive fights, carrying my teammates.
