Personally I would like to see him get a buff so that he can hold his own even against non buff matchups. Ronan’s really powerful in the comics if you didn’t know.

He's a great example of a champion that's quite hard hard to re-tune because in 2024, his abilities make no sense for a cosmic champion; and the potential for stun-lock would probably be considered unbalancing.
