Negasonic Ability Wording

I brought Negasonic to AW for the Final Boss, Bullseye, and I noticed that the precognition evade mechanic failed in that fight and went on cool down. So I guess my question is about the wording of "while fighting skill champions" in Negasonic's abilities. Her ability states that evade and true effects suffer -100% ability accuracy, however, it appears that in game, both Bullseye's evade/counter-strike and the True Strike from the node were activating. Is it the case that Negasonic's ability does not affect nodes and Bullseye's counter-strike doesn't count as an evade, even though the mechanic refers to itself as an evade under Bullseye's abilities? If both things are true, could this language be cleaned up to reflect the intended interaction?

Edit: so basically boss bullseyes counter negasonic where u cant keep hitting u gotta play like if u used domino dust bishop of u have to bait sp1s
Isn't the problem this:
I would have thought that the easiest explanation is: Bullseye's Killer Instinct was granted immunity to AAR in order to make him an even nastier defender with fewer counters.
The AAR immunity very clearly doesn't apply just to triggering Killer Instinct; it applies to the entire "Effects of" Killer Instinct - gaining the charge, triggering the charge, evading the attack, counter-attacking, and increasing the likelihood he'll throw a Special, and triggering Unblockable if he does.
Another of Bullseye's abilities is that when he throws a Special Attack, he also gains True Accuracy. I would have thought that there's a very good chance that it's the Ability Accuracy of this True Accuracy ability which is being protected by the AAR immunity of Killer Instinct.
The War node providing True Strike may be completely superfluous, and that all Bullseye needs to pull this off is stun immunity. It's easy to check - someone try Negasonic against him when he's on a different stun-immune node that isn't Boss Island.
Anyone? Anyone?
