Kabam set Primary Loadout to 2

I've used the same loadout for 7 years and have largely ignored the loadout "feature".

Now I being charged 35 units to reset my loadout back to where it was. Or I have to setup loadout 2 to match 1.

Not happy Kabam.
Wondering why I still play.

Oh. And I have to pay all the loadout set fees for each point in loadout 2 to match it to loadout 1.

Does “largely ignored Loadout feature” mean that you have never used multiple loadouts ?
In which case Loadout 1 should be the only one in use and the only one with masteries set in it.

Or did you use #2 in testing while it was free at first, maybe using it for Defense Default ? (even if you never actually put any mastery points into any nodes in that #2, did you happen to set that “switch” for defense default ?)

Or if you left yourself on #2 at the end of the free trial (for Primary/Attack), and never switched it back from #2 to #1, then yes you will incur a 1-time fee to switch back to #1.
But you don’t need to spend anything in #2 to Levelup any of those nodes if you don’t plan on using #2 (or #3) at all. Just leave them empty trees if indeed they are currently empty.
