They charge twice for daily special? Maybe you guys need to check…

They charged twice for variant dairy special… I am not sure whose fault, but I am waiting for apple’s answer. Maybe you guys also need to check. I cannot think how many times this happens but I need to check whole my store history for 10 years.

No. You said exactly the same as apple.

I know actual purchased date and charged date are different like this. But in this case, purchased date and charged date are the same.

Go through Kabam Support, not Apple. They have more information on the transaction.

I went through and checked. I didn't get charged. It's all good.

Yeah go thru Kabam, because if apple refunds the transaction you might end up in negative units.

As Wicket suggests, open a support ticket with Kabam. It isn't ordinarily possible to buy the daily offer twice in one day, and if the records are correct that's what happened, which has to be a glitch either in the Apple store (which happens) or in the in-app purchase mechanism (which also happens). The important thing is that only Kabam can be certain which of the following two things occurred:

    1. You got the purchase twice by mistake, in which case you were charged twice but also got it twice. To reverse that, they would have to both refund you *and* remove the duplicate items.

    2. You got charged twice but only got the purchase once. In that case, Kabam would need to refund the purchase that did not actually grant items to you. If you ask Apple to refund one of them and Apple randomly picks the one that actually granted items to you, it will look like you bought something and then reversed the charge and kept the stuff, in which case Kabam will hit you with contest credits (basically negative units) as a penalty. So you want Kabam support involved in correcting this sort of thing.

Don’t bother. I went through this identical problem a year ago and got nothing from Kabam’s terrible support. I don’t think their billing support are in-house.

I think you have to grow up in the 80’s to understand that reference.

Apple refunded money and kabam also said “ I understand that you have been charged twice for your Valiant Daily Specials. Thanks for taking the time to let us know that your issue with the double charge is now resolved!”
Thanks for all you guys advices.
