Side quest doubt!

Hey guys,
For side quest, we are supposed get 10 keys. But I didn't understand why. I explored threat level 5 in 4 keys. Also completed all objectives. So I didn't understand why there is extra 6 keys.

So question is is there anything I am missing for threat level 5 where I need to spend the 6 keys. or should I spend 4 keys for level 4 and then level 3 for rest 2 keys.

If anyone have any idea. Please let me know.

    Explore a second difficulty. Second difficulty provides the exploration rewards of the Threat Level and continues to provide points towards the Knull solo objective that gives you this months Mysterium. Two extra keys is if you mess something up.
