Are you happy with SOS rewards being the same as WOW?

Due to in-game inflation I was expecting better rewards than wow. What are you're thoughts on this?

I was Paragon for most of WoW and so struggled at times due to a limited roster. I'm now Valiant and have a much better roster overall, so provided the general difficulty remains consistent, I'll have an easier time of it, plus be able to advance much further thanks to the Valiant objectives.

I was hoping for more t4a for valiants, but other than that, the rewards are pretty decent.

Yea I aged with that’s. But there probably be alot of deals one 4 July for big whale.

The rewards buff for summer of suffering would be nice, but if they buffed it for spring of sorrow, it would have been too early

It's the same mechanic, it's normal to game same prizes

I never expected them to be buffed for this 2nd round. Highly unlikely they will be buffed for 3rd round in the summer.
The buff will come in last round, in the winter one. Until then, manage your expectations to avoid dissapointment.

For the amount of actual effort these are insanely great rewards

It's whatever, rewards are big enough to chase, hopefully next additions of these fights will be better?

As a Paragon, I'd say the rewards are pretty good, but I can see how Valiants may feel that the rewards are a bit lacking.

I never really thought they were going to buff the rewards, I was however expecting a little more t4A

it is better seeing the game move in a slow pacing like this. I still remembered how hard kabam f up the game economic in the previous july 4th event

The rewards are perfectly fine, like the instant payout 👍 The defenders, on the other hand, not so much 🫣🤭

The first SOS fight was for my squad the worst so far in this series, worse than Absman who was a simple solo with Void. I only had R3/R4 options available for this one, so it was hard. And it doesn't look like the next one will be fun either 🥵

I don't think the rewards are bad by any means but I didn't expect them to be the same as last time. With the end of act 8 and the spring cleaning stuff these rewards seem quite a bit less desirable than last time and I feel like that will be more prevalent a few months from now when it ends.

Like I said, this is too soon for a buff. But next season (summer of suffering) rewards are most probably be buffed, as we have july 4 before that which will shift the economy

I was hoping they would get a very minor tune up, not even because I think the rewards are bad, but so that it doesn’t feel stale. Things are just more hyped when they’re new, and these rewards aren’t.

That being said I still think the rewards are 1000% worth the effort and I’ll be doing every objective possible.

Rewards were better than expected for WOW, now they’re still great, I would focus more on the AW Showcase rewards which were trash

I’ll definitely admit, WoW rewards were better than what I was expecting them to be originally. That’s also why I said I still think the rewards are absolutely worth the effort. I think next rotation they could use a slight tune up, maybe some extra 7* sigs as well as basic & titan shards. I’d understand if they keep t4a rewards tame since that’s the chase item that affects the economy, but the other items have room to increase.

And yes I was pretty annoyed at the showcase rewards. It’s blatantly obvious the only reason most people did showcase was for the deathless piece, and that ticked me off a bit. I want the deathless pieces to feel like a fun extra reward to chase, especially since the champs won’t be very meta until Thanos. Instead it’s looked like a way to manipulate participation into areas of the game because “if we don’t do it we’ll miss out or have to fork over 5k units.” Showcase is a prime example, and so is bgs to a lesser extent. That’s maybe a topic for a different thread though 😉
