T5cc in BG store

Why do you have to be thronebreaker to get t5cc selector? In the BG store you get a crystal that gives 5 percent of a random class. It's very hard to come by t5cc to rank up 6* champs and theres not many sources to get them from say if you're like cav like me.

So wouldn't it make sense to have just t5cc selectors available to everyone. Maybe raise the prices up or something in exchange?

    T5cc is one of the 2 things that is required for progression from cav to TB. R3 6*s get more common once you're tb just like how r4 6*s get more common after you're paragon and 7* r3s get more common after you're Valiant.
