Hello everyone. I have the problem, I can't change the battleground emoticons. can someone help me?

I tried various things, such as logging out, installing the game, but without success

Does that account have more than 5 BG Icons owned ?

Thought there was something about if you only had 5 of them (which is the max you can have “loaded/selected”), that maybe the setup screen for them might not be available ???

(or was that just something early on when they first came into existence ?)

I started playing at the beginning of January (after a break of 3 years), I saw with friends that they have the possibility to change the respective emoticons, I did not know that they can be won.

I was surprised to see these 2 newer ones in my profile, honestly don’t remember when they were given out.

Is BattleGround really 1 year old now (assume that is a 1 year anniversary of BG ?)
Must have been part of recent BG Season rewards or BG points event ?

Don’t have a clue about the other one either.

I know there are more, that people could earn or buy thru various means, but I haven’t bought any.

Those were both sent thru in-game messages. My alt account that has never done BG has both of them.

I don't see the column where I could select emoticons at all (See the picture from the first post)
