Cannot revive after all champs are defeated in quests

in Bugs and Known Issues
I play on one plus 11r on android 13
And the game is up to date
In story and event quest after all my champs are down I cannot revive them,the screen is just stuck there and it shows the wifi logo but my wifi or cellular is working fine with everything else, please fix this kabam , I cannot play the spring of sorrow quest.

    It has nothing to do with “cannot revive”.

    If you are seeing the “processing” icon, and for example the clouds in the background on that screen are not moving, and screen seems frozen.
    Then the game is frozen, waiting for sync/communication/etc with the game servers.

    If you had been in game for a while (many fights, or couple quest paths, etc, prior to this happening, just restart game. Probably begun to have memory/resource issues. Restarting every now and then will keep things running better.

    No, this happens in every single match. So,if I have to play spring of sorrow where it would take multiple attempts I would have to restart my phone every single time, which is very frustrating. My friends do not have this problem.
