Account oblivion

Hey, I’ve come back after a really long time and shifted from Android to IOS. I don’t particularly seem to remember anything about my account. Even if I do, I’m not sure at all. Plus, IOS doesn’t seem to have a connection with google play (obviously). How do I recover my account, if it is possible at all? Where could I register a complaint or talk to/have a chat with the authorities? Any help would be appreciated!

If it has truly been a long time, I would just start a new account unless you were very far into story content or had a ton of 6* champs on that account. It is very easy now to progress rather quickly and acquire more powerful champs

Hey @captaincush thanks for the input. But I was just On the path to become throne breaker, and I did have really good 6 stars like Hulkling, Kitty Pryde, Moleman etc. I really don’t wanna lose them

If I’m not wrong, I had around or less than 40-45 6 stars

you can try to put in a support request, go to the upper left corner in the game and click on the gear icon and then scroll down to support. They are going to ask a ton of questions to establish you are the actual owner of the account, so be prepared. Things like date of first purchase, date account was created, etc.

If you can access an android phone and connect a kabam account to your account, then that would be your best bet. However, if you don't remember hardly anything about your account, then you'll have a really hard time getting it through support.
