Angela signature ability in 9 path of AW

Hello.

Today I faced problem in 2 box of 9 path. I used Angela with Odin pre-buffs and totally I had 4 - 5 buffs, which means that all damage debuffs I take must immediately gone. I had Signature Ability 200. But Bleed duration didn't changed.
Could you please fix that.

If they are running deep wounds, her sig ability doesn't affect that.

Angela signature should not cut duration of bleed to 105 and more percent with signature 200 and Odins pre-buffs? I didn't clearly understand Deep Wounds.
