Not being able to login

rh Uninstalled the game and I forgot my game center account got banned a while back and now I can’t log back in no matter what? This isn’t an issue on my end and kabam support isn’t helping at all

    Is that when you claimed your game account got banned because you reported a bug ?
    And how is getting banned NOT an issue “on your end” ?

    Anyways, have you tried disabling GameCenter, then in theory it would not be able to try to auto-login to that banned game account (the one linked to GameCenter) ?
    And might let you get to the Game Login screen (for an Alt.Account or other new account, if Kabam will let you have a new account)
