Advice for my second R3

I just finished act 8 to get valiant. I brought Dust to R3 and was planning on bringing up The Overseer with a rank up gem I had from Necro. But I pulled hulk from the 7* nexus. Which one should I rank?

    Unpopular opinion as a hulk fanboy but I'd keep him at R2. He has more than enough reach for most content I plan to do with him.
    If you plan to use him in necropolis tho, go ahead and R3 him.

    I've been chilling on 3 t4a for a month now just hoping for a hulk. Probably will end up ranking chavez but it's kinda fun waiting for the hope to one day hulk smash lol

    Hulk thinks summoner has puny champions. Wise Hulk is cool but Hulk is strongest there is!

    Hulk if you want a good attacker and nuke, but personally I'd go with Overseer just cause I think his playstyle is more fun, and he has more utility as well

    Hulk is amazing, huge damage and great rotation with his stun cycle.

    Overseer or Fixit will give you more bang for your buck, however, and more fun as well :smile:

    honestly, hulk is an absolute unit on defense too. Even unduped the man is still damn tanky. And his stun chaining is also one of the best utilities in the game

    OG Hulk is a bit of a cheat code which is why you should rank him up first.

    Hulk can be a double threat as well. If you miss the SP1 dex while he's in gamma rage, you get stun locked to death. Also if he's awakened he can go unstoppable (OP's Hulk isn't awakened however)
