Side event exploration

I just found out the side event gives extra rewards for exploration. I haven't fully explored it a single time yet because when you tap view rewards, it doesn't tell you that you get anything for exploration? Why is that the case, it's misleading and it has prevented me from gaining any extra rewards.

    It doesn’t.

    Those are rewards for COMPLETION. (that are in addition to the in-path visible rewards that you can see and choose to take whichever segment you want those path rewards from)

    And you get them (Completion ones) each time, no matter which path segments you choose to take.

    Every time you complete the quest, you get these rewards, along with anything you pick up along the path. there are no separate exploration rewards, all the rewards are listed there.
