BG victory shields bug?

So 5 days i fight for circuit
Got 11 victory shieldd and 2 hours before just try to use one.And no use 🙂↔️
Just feel it's unfair cause now i'm in mood to go for circuit i keep my shields for the last 5*5 to go for titan shards.
I also send ticket but until the answer it seems dumb to can't use them.
Like a "ok compensation 10 shields and cannot use them.
Amyone else?

A lot of bugs like arena shows small war energy and no battlechips etc stc
But ok it's a game we have bugs.
Now we begin lower sorry bug
Compensation 15 7* and 10κ titan
Extra compensation 10 shield 5 energy and 1500 trophy
Now still bug?

Are you in Diamond-1 when this started showing incorrect (large) number of Shields ?
See other post, seems like it corrects itself when you advance 1 more level up to Vibranium-5.
