Gold and ISO sources

Hi community,
I'm short on Gold and ISO resources. I don't spend much time playing. So Arena or incursions isn't my thing. What are some good sources to get these resources? My current sources are exploration of EQ, SQ, some gold from AW. I got some good amount from story quest after Act 8.4 release but it didn't last long. There are so many champs I wanna upgrade to 6*R5 and 7*R2. Any tip would be appreciated.

    That's 30k I believe. To rank up one 6* champ to R5 or 7* to R2, it'll take a lot of time. Is there no better way than that?

    He was just joking since you don't want to do incursions or arena. Those really are the best sources for gold.
