Market points aren't increasing

My summer store market points aren't increasing for a while now because of it i guess i have lost around 5k 5* shrads previous week
Please fix it

    Logout, and log back in to Web Store. And don’t use Saved Login or autofill.

    Sometimes that has resolved things for people like not being able to see an offer, even though it says they are logged in.

    Tried, I always login again and haven't saved the login info. i recieved the crystals and mr sinister in game but didn't recieve the points
