Need help urgent

so basically i just got paragon , i thought i could now play the paragon gauntlet event quest but it isn’t letting me. Its stating that i’m not paragon , i already restarted and also deleted and uninstalled but still doesn’t work. i also explored 100% of tb event quest exploration when i was thronebreaker but now that i’ve become paragon i got the objective but it says that i haven’t done it. Need help or else i’ll lose potential resources

You have to be Paragon already in order to have the objective that gives you the key when you do TB EQ.
You can start to get it next month, or ask support to give it to you retroactively the way it was not designed to do.
