I got a new phone in a different state than the one I live in and usually play mcoc in. I want to log into my mcoc account but I am scared that I will be flagged for account sharing. I am not, I am just logging in on my new phone. Can I proceed with logging in or will it be flagged?

As long as you're not logging in to do necropolis in some sketchy way, then you're fine. However if you log into it, do necropolis, and suddenly appear back in your normal state on your old phone right after necropolis was beaten, then that would probably raise some flags as you definitely hired a merc to do it for you.
