I redeemed the code to my account but I was unable to get my guardian. I’ve restarted my game multiple times and it’s been a couple of hours since I redeemed it and still can’t get him. What should I do?

    Have you ever had another Game Account ?
    Maybe what you logged into on WebStore here is for your other account ?

    Have you gotten Daily/Weekly crystals from there, or is this your first attempt at anything from WebStore ?

    I got my daily crystal today on the store using this emailed and it went to my account. I just don’t know why I haven’t gotten my 7* guardian.
